The Declaration of Khilafatul Muslimin

The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah – that which We have sent by inspiration to thee – and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: namely, that ye should remain steadfast in Religion, and make no divisions therein: to those who worship other things than Allah, hard is the (way) to which thou callest them. Allah chooses to Himself those whom He pleases, and guides to Himself those who turn (to Him).” (Asy-Syura : 13 of The Holy Qur’an)

To be Declared

1. Declare to all of the Muslims and to all the Human being in the whole world that on Friday at Rabiul Awwal 13th in 1418 Hijriah  or July 18th in 1997, there has been formed an ISLAMIC ORGANIZATION to provide a place for the muslims to become a wholeness community/Jama’ah, based on the Khilafah System and called as THE KHALIFAH OF MUSLIMS (KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN), lead by one Khalifah/Amirul Mu’minin and Insya Allah, the delegations will be available in the whole world which it will be leaded by Amir to teach countries or Nation.
2. The Jama’ah / KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN is based on Islam and Freedom to make prosperity for all human being by founding Allah’s will and His Messenger together with a freedom of the establishing the religion, it is taken as a Jama’ah principal.
3. The Jama’ah / KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN will handle all of matters that concerns to its community of the Khalifah Deliberation according to the open minded / high transparency and the freedom based on al-Akhaqul Karimah.
4. The Jama’ah / KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN will make every effort to shape the prosperity for all human being and the universe preservation according to the task of Rahmatan lil ‘alamin.
5. The Jama’ah / KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN loves a peace. They will never be the first to create a hostility and even less is war to all others community or society. But will fight hard to an invasion or an aggression to defend.
6. The KHALIFAH / AMIRUL MU’MININ are together the Amirs and their community will develop every human means and be active in every potential sector.
7. Every Amir in each countries / nations should be ready to be elected as a leader of his own country or nation, by keeps the principal of Jama’ah and the norms / laws preservation which it is incompatible to the religion.
8. The Members of Jama’ah / KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN are every person whose has applied and had ID card as the KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN members. They are :
• Every muslim from every races, every classifications, every nation and every position, and they nation and they have the duty of giving and paying their infaq and Zakat to the BAITUL MAAL OF THE ISLAM KHALIFAISM.
• Every Non-Muslim whose wishes a justice and prosperity. They will be faithful to the KHALIFAH / AMIRUL MU’MININ as its incompatible to their religions and they will be willing to give an religions an incestuous as they afford to the BAITUL MAAL OF THE ISLAM KHALIFAISM in our similarity interest.
9. KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN has appointed Abdul Qadir Hasan Baraja’ to be a provisional Khalifah until an international conference to be held and it will be presented by the Amirs and THE MUSLIM INTELECTUAL of the KHILAFATUL MUSLIMIN COMMUNITY to elect and to appoint such a conventional KHALIFAH / AMIRUL MU’MININ of the muslim.
